Each one-hour individual lesson begins with a discussion about the current state of your game, any physical limitations that may affect your ability to swing and the goals you want to achieve with your golf game.

 

Next, your swing will be recorded via high-speed video. Your instructor will analyze your swing on the video with you to show you how to make actionable improvements using specific drills and training aids.

 

At the end of each lesson a summary and demonstration of the key points will be reviewed by the instructor and all of this information along with the initial analysis will be put into your personal online locker, which can be accessed from any computer or smart phone.
